Clenbuterol or clen as it is often known was originally developed to treat asthma in animals and is also prescribed in some countries to treat the illness in humans. It isn’t a steroid (SARMS) but it does have many of the same properties as anabolic steroids. In effect, it is the opposite of a beta-blocker. Clenbuterol works by stimulating the central nervous system and the heart. It also allows a person to retain both muscle mass and body strength for a longer time period. It should be pointed out that the use of the drug by athletes is banned by the World Anti Doping Agency and is tested for in both in competition and out of competition.
Clenbuterol has a number of sides effects including heart palpitations and anxiety as well as cramps and potentially vomiting.
