Level I Reiki for Special NeedsThis class is specifically prepared for those people who need or want the ability to use Reiki healing for self healing, but who have no wish to become a full blown Reiki Practitioner. The student is attuned to the Level I Reiki Energy, but is not taught to practice Reiki as a fully trained Level I Reiki Practitioner.
This course is a shortened version of the Reiki Level I Usui Shiki Ryoho course for those who are in need of learning and being attuned to Reiki healing Energy for personal or family member use. This class is great for parents of chronically or very sick children or other family members, or for the person who is chronically ill, housebound or otherwise in need of being able to use the Reiki energy for their own personal healing.
Please note that Reiki is not meant to replace any medical procedure or treatment, but will work in conjunction to any current or future medical treatment. For diabetics and those taking monitored prescriptions, notify your physician that you are using Reiki and that there may be possible changes in the body's acceptance or use of medications that may need to be revised and often decreased.
For those wishing to eventually progress to Level II Reiki, they will need to take further training in Level I in preparation for advancing.
Courses can be done in-house or by correspondence [by postal mail or e-mail/IM]. One-on-one IM (Instant Messaging) conversations with Dr. King or another of the CCHC Staff is arranged by appointment.
This course does include: Manual, Class Handouts, Learning Activities, Written Exam, Attunement, and Certificate to read: "Level I Certification for Self-Healing".
